Community Rules

1. Allowed Languages: English!
For non english content you will receive a warning. Only for language packs the description can be in the language from the uploaded pack.

2. No Attacks / Retaliation of any kind against a member, or group of members
If you are a long standing member, act like one. Lead by example and assist other newer members rather then attacking them. We look upon our veteran members to use this opportunity to teach the newer members the appropriate way to use these forums. If someone insults you, do not retaliate but report the offending post using the 'report this post' text link located in each post's bottom right corner.

3. Uploads
Upload your content in the Download system without password. If you upload a virus, malware, trojans etc. you will get banned. If you upload something which doesn't work you will receive a warning.
Only nulled boards from invision-virus.com are allowed (except _.:illus!on:._ upload another one or allows it)!

4. Broken files
All who report a file as broken which is downloadable and unzipable will receive a ban. The reason is that the most members are just too lazy to read the instructions and then report the download as broken because they can't get it to work.
We don't care about any stolen or copyrighted content, if you use the broken file button for that you will also receive a ban.

5. No spamming
Spamming is characterized by the initiation of threads or posts that contribute nothing to a forum, be it off topic or on topic. Examples include: empty bodies, bodies with few words that have no relation to the current thread or discussion and those posts that state they are spam, either to annoy or increase a member's post count (means posts like "Thanks" or something similar). This determination is made by the forum Moderator or Administrator and is not up for discussion.

6. No advertising
Don't post links to other websites that are not useful for the topic subject. To post a link in your signature is allowed as long as it's not abused. Unaffected by the preceding remarks it is not allowed to post links from sites that compete with this site.

7. No topic bumping
It is not allowed to bump a topic. If you do it you will receive a warning. If you do it three times the ability to post content will be removed for 7 days.

8. No Cross-Posting
Cross-Posting is when you post the same message multiple time in various threads or forums. Continuing to post a similar message will result a ban.

9. No Pornographic material
Any sexually oriented imagery or links to such content will not be tolerated and will be punished with a ban.

10. No excessive cursing of swear words
We encourage you to use our community as a forum to debate topics, but don't use swear words. We will not tolerate abuse upon another member.

11. No Ripping/Unauthorized use of code
You are free to use all knowledge here for your personal, non commercial gain. You are not allowed to post something written by another user, who isn't agreeing.

12. No signature / picture abuse
If we find that an image you post in your signature is offending to anyone it will be immediately removed and your account will be disabled. Be sure to keep your signature picture at a reasonable size.

13. Signature size
Always use the KISS method!

14. Respect the authority of Moderators and Administrators
If you do not like something that a Moderator or an Administrator did, sent them a Private Message. Don't complain about a deleted topic, post or a moved topic in the forums. We do not have time to inform everyone about why a post has deleted/moved.

15. Warnings
Warnings will not be applied without a reason. If you have a problem with a warning, talk with the Admin/Mod who warned you. Other administrative Personal cannot follow the reasons of your warnings.

16. Shoutbox
To use the shoutbox you will need to have 3 posts or more. Please do not ask for support (support includes questions from IPB Questions forum), downloads and updates of nulled things in the shoutbox. Please use no bad language or give staff abuse in the shout either or you will get banned. If you spam or make senseless posts in the forum to get the 3 posts you will get a shoutbox ban and a warning!

17. Support
Support will be given in the support forums, not in Shoutbox, not in the download comments, not in other forums and not as PM. Anything that is not posted in forums, will be ignored or deleted. For support questions in the download comments you will receive a warning. People who PM a STAFF member with their support topic or a support question will receive a warning as well. People who post a support topic in the Shoutbox will receive a Shoutbox ban.
This is not a teaching page, means that we will not answer on questions with basic HTML, basic install things, other basic things which can simply find by using google or on any server problems (such things you can ask in IPB Questions). We will also not answer on questions which are already answered somewhere in forums. It can be such topics are simply deleted.
Follow the instructions in the support forums and the topic layout which you can find as pinned topic in these forums or the topic will be deleted!

19. Shoutbox Bans / Requests
The rules for both forums are in these forums except this one: People who PM a STAFF member with their request will receive a warning.

20. User Names
It is not allowed to use usernames which are similar to STAFF members. If you do so you will become a new "nice" name from us.

21. Multi-Accounts
Multi-accounts are not allowed. If you do multi-accounts just for having more licenses, all your licenses and accounts will be banned. You can PM the community manager if you really need more than one license.

22. Leeching
Leeching is not allowed. If you download stuff here with the intention to upload it on another site you will receive a ban.

23. Licenses
You need an active (means not banned) account on IV and 5 useful posts which need an approval.
If your posts are not useful just to increase the post counts (only one post is enough), your licenses will be deleted, you'll receive 10 warning points, your post counts will be set to 0 and you will be restricted from posting for 30 days.
All under 5 words and without real sentence is definatly not useful. It is not allowed to welcome members in the first 5 posts. All things that count as spam are not allowed and pushing old topics is not allowed as well. Especially do not give unsuitable answers in questions and support forums, post crappy tutorials or write things like "I need this, too" under a request.
If you PM a staff member because of the approval you'll receive the same warning with the restrictions like for not useful posts.

24. Members Introduction
Follow the instructions from that pinned post "How to make an introduction thread" or the topic will be deleted. Do not copy and paste the layout, write your own sentences!
