It was an IBM 8088 from the mid-1980s. I think the clock speed was either 4 or 8 MHz. It had a 20MB hard drive, 640K of RAM, a 5.25" floppy drive, and a sweet CGA compatible monitor that had a 4-bit color depth (16 colors). It ran DOS (not sure what version).

From there, a 386, a Pentium P5 90Mhz, a Pentium III, a Pentium 4, PowerPC G4, Core2Duo, and finally an i7 (both in my desktop PC and in my Mac laptop)

Hmm, going back a bit here but my first computer was;

Intel Pentium 1 166Mhz with MMX
32Mb memory (i think)
1Gb HDD
VGA graphics card
Sound card
Windows 95.

Think I gave it to my Grandad when I was done with it lol.
I'm going to be a Wongle all my life..

C64C... Of course without all those peripherals... It was a good piece of equipment and served me well for many years :)
As for my first PC it was a P166 (no MMX) machine initially with 8MB RAM, 1GB Seagate HDD and some SVGA graphic card with 0,5MB of VRAM and Sound Blaster clone.

My first computer was the C64, loved that thing, however I sold it after a couple years to buy my first IBM PC which was the IBM XT 286 with a whopping 6Mhz and a massive 640k ram, RGB monitor, dual floppies, DOS, and no HDD, my first game for it was the leisure suite Larry series by Sierra.

Damn, that was a POS lol
