NOT trying to bump but SOLVED! Not sure but the two things i did different was 2 things this may help some people dunno. I was using Cuteftp for uploading files in BINARY mode. Tried installs in google chrome..... tried twice no go. Got fed up and used FileZilla same uploaded in BINARY mode. I then tried install in MS Edge browser and it worked flawlessly. Thanks to  _.:illus!on:._for null and key and support hope this helps alot of those i seen on here that had a problem. Coulda been my FTP client OR my browser

such things can only happen on hosts which doesn't support ips cs 100% or if a setting is not set correctly on your webspace/server

Edit: and/or if your browser/ftp client is crap xD

Try creating a new database and a new user for it. If it doesn't work I will help you tonight with further more instructions tonight.
