installing on a coporate intranet

intranet install license firewall

I am installing IPS community suite 3.4.6 in an intranet environment and the windows box hosting the server is completely isolated from the public internet.  When I install and get to the license key page I see the following in place of a key that is usually generated

if you see no license, try again

is this OK to proceed without a license in this setup or is there any additional setup I need to do to make this work?

It can only take a license when its connected to the internet.

So first time get it on Internet. Then take away the Internet access again.
