I haven't owned an iphone in quite a few years now. I believe the first time I switched was when I demo'd the google nexus waaaay back in 2011 I think it was. After that I was hooked and have been buying android ever since. Currently on my Pixel XL and still loving it. Not a huge fan of the pixel2 removing headphone jack that I use pretty much every day =/

I find iOS (and macOS) are excellent systems. But I don't like Apple's strategy of making systems so closed. It's not incompatible with security. I prefer Android for customization. My trick is to take a phone that is very well supported by the modder community (those who make ROMs) and receive updates for custom Roma. Nexus 5X is a good example to

Android. It's Open source and not fully locked up as is IOS. Only old people use IOS nowadays due to its simplicity.

Well in my opinion, both OS are good but when it comes to stability i go with iOS but when it comes to customization i go with Android.

Having used both - honestly iOS is far better as an OS. Phone-wise, I will say Samsung is pulling up a bit recently, Google Pixels are looking sweet, and the One+ are great value, but iPhones are mad good quality phones. Just very expensive :(

I'd rather use a Windows Phone than iOS. I absolutely hate it. Can't fault any Android phone I've ever had.

Android, definitely xd. I prefer a open-source code and a cheap phone than a 1200 euros phone that breaks easy.
