go to the AdminCP panel => Members => IP Address Tools
or use
.htaccess - on the server must have Apache available
or use IP tools on server cpanel (it may not be available on some servers)

Hello,in the ACP there are no IP tools only that you can look up the IP address.
I use nginx without cpanel.

I would like to disable complete IP logging.

i try add simple code on conf_global.php but not works
$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] = '127.0.0.1';

do you have any ideas?

Honestly, I don't understand anything anymore.
At first you said that you want to block IP addresses in the forum - is that so?
OK, if you have NGINX sever and don't have cpanel, then it's your thing, the question is whether you can use .htaccess or not. If not, you don't have much to do on this server. Then you need outfit the server as needed first and then configure it as needed. Of course if You're the owner, if not - change server.
And finally - any IPS forum software has IP blocking feature built in, why isn't it right for you?

Did You mean something like this?
https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/ip-address-checking-r243/

If so, then red it and most likely helps if You make constants.php in your Community Suite root directory

<?php
define( 'BYPASS_ACP_IP_CHECK', TRUE );

If You already have constants.php there, simply add this line in it.

No, I would like to deactivate the IPS of the users in the forum.

I don't want to log IPs!
