Default package:
  • applications => blog => data => lang.xml
  • applications => calendar => data => lang.xml
  • applications => cms => data => lang.xml
  • applications => convert => data => lang.xml
  • applications => core => data => lang.xml
  • applications => downloads => data => lang.xml
  • applications => forums => data => lang.xml
  • applications => gallery => data => lang.xml
  • applications => nexus => data => lang.xml
and also all additional packages, for example ChatBox or Shoutbox etc.
Or go to admin cp => click on paintbrush => select "Languages" and then is everything visible. There is possible translate manually or use "Translation Tools".
Good luck and much power to You!

Download any language pack and open it with your prefered text editor you will see the translation keys and values that you are able to edit and send to your IPB installation
or follow this pattern this also works
