Error Communicating with License Server

I already have a thread related towards this but it was posted on the wrong forum, i'm sorry for that.

1. Problem you are having?
"There was an error communicating with the license server. Please try again later or contact technical support for assistance."

2. What you were doing when the problem occured?

3. What version of IP.B are you running?
4.3.4

4. Who is your web hosting provider?
Hosting24

5. What is your board URL? (you can send it via PM)
Will send on PM if requested.

6.Where did you download the IP.B installation package?
Inivion Virus

7. Where did you download the Mod/Hook? (answer on this question if you are having the problem with mods or hooks.

8. What did you try to solve the problem?
I have tried contacting my hosting provider who should not be blocking anything from my understanding. This error occured just a couple of days ago.

10. What username and password can we use to see the problem?

You've already been told to post a License reset request. In your request explain what your problem is as well.

I have tried that @Robinson however i only get the response that my license key has been reset per request thus why im now reaching out here.

The error still exist, i'm not sure when i reset the license if it's supposed to say the same or if it's supposed to change. If it's supposed to change then it doesn't do that for me, and when i try to copy it in (without spacing at front or rear) it just gives me that error.

hmm i can not see any problem because it worked till yesterday
have you changed the host or your server ip?
the only thing i can do is whitelist your server ip, so what is your server ip? (can be send in pm)
