You can find some themes on the download page of IV. I found there are quite a lot of nice themes, you can download it for free

How hard is it to modify a theme, is there a limit to the filesize in total a theme can be?

I think the themes at IPSFocus are fantastic. I don't see them here but they only cost just $30.

True! I've already found them (in the 4.3 section). I don't know why I searched only in the IPS 4.4 section.

It's easy, and no, you are no limited aslong as you edit your PHP settings to allow bigger files.

I use Borx Gaming Theme 2.4.5 - 4.3 / 4.4+ , and it's really nice theme. Easy to used and configure. I recomend you really.
