Out of curiosity, what's the connection between iv-host.net and invision-virus.com? It does not seem that invision-virus.com is hosted by iv-host.net. Furthermore, it's important to keep in mind that having a site hosted offshore is not enough to protect you. There are case laws which have established that any site with a .com extension falls under the United States jurisdiction and may still be seized by US authorities, regardless of where that site is physically hosted.
