Hi there, i think a few more details are required.

Are you looking to host sites for about 10 users or 10 sites for many users?
I think you need to consider the applications you are going to be running, how many users and how resource heavy applications are to spec a server correctly.

I dont think you would need very much, a shared hosting from a major provider would be fine for your application.

Maybe OVH Pro hosting? It let you host just MAX 10 pages and It should be ok for you

If your not hosting alot I would recommend DigitalOcean or Server4You as I have had good experiences with both and also VestaCP for managing your websites. That is my current setup and have had no problems.

You can find free shared hosting from a range of websites, or if you need more storage, there are a host of options that offer services from around $2.00/month for unlimited storage and bandwidth. All depends on what your 10 users will need access to. What will you be running on the server, so we can point you in a couple directions?

You can litteraly host that on any webhost possible, try getting one with maybe 10gb ssd memory, 5 subdomains, cpanel hosting. You should focus on a webhost that offers ddos protection too, so you will not have problems.

You can use any host, get the cheapo one, but make sure it has ddos protection 1tb+ for protection. Consider upgrading when your forum gets 50+ constant users.

You'd be able to at least run a digialocean vps for 5$ a month. which is pretty nice but it will require a verification payment :} of any amount i think cant remember what I had to do with mine.

I don't want to recommend or disapprove of anybodies hosting businesses, but I have ran a hosting company for numerous years and have extensive experience with server configurations, do you really think 10 users will need an entire server? Have you looked into a VM / VDS?
