whenever I'm going to add a skin / theme in my forum I get the message: "The file should be smaller than 2MB." As I do to increase the capacity of the file, most of the themes available here are bigger than 2MB and I can not because my forum only accepts themes with less than 2MB.

It is not a mistake in your forum, you may have to increase/set PHP Upload limit

create php.ini or .user.ini in root of your hosting and add following value

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 40M
; Must be greater than or equal to upload_max_filesize
post_max_size = 40M

If you don't have access to the php.ini you can also do it via the .htaccess file:

php_value memory_limit 40M
php_value post_max_size 100M
php_value upload_max_filesize 40M
