Being in the off-topic section is great you get talk about anything for then there's another that's using this section for the license system and spamming topics to get 5 post please keep in mind this section and the others are on lockdown for the licenses so we know who will spam and we will give you the warning points

Please read rule 23

Quote

23. Licenses
You need an active (means not banned) account on IV and 5 useful posts which need an approval.
If your posts are not useful just to increase the post counts (only one post is enough), your licenses will be deleted, you'll receive 10 warning points, your post counts will be set to 0 and you will be restricted from posting for 30 days.
All under 5 words and without real sentence is definitely not useful. If you post something like "i need that, too" under an existing request you will receive the punishment. If you welcome members as newbie you will receive the punishment. If your whole introduction looks like "Hi i'm..." without any other content about you, you will receive the punishment as well. All things that count as spam are not allowed and pushing old topics is also not allowed.

Please also read rule 7

Quote

7. No topic bumping
It is not allowed to bump a topic. If you do it you will receive a warning. If you do it three times the ability to post content will be removed for 7 days.

and don't forget Rule 5

Quote

5. No spamming
Spamming is characterized by the initiation of threads or posts that contribute nothing to a forum, be it off topic or on topic. Examples include: empty bodies, bodies with few words that have no relation to the current thread or discussion and those posts that state they are spam, either to annoy or increase a member's post count (means posts like "Thanks" or something similar). This determination is made by the forum Moderator or Administrator and is not up for discussion.

PLEASE KEEP THESE IN MIND AND FOLLOW THE COMMUNITY RULES AS MODERATION TEAM IS CRACKING DOWN ON SPAMMERS
